CDL Class A and Class B Training Programs

Prepare for a successful career in transportation and logistics with our comprehensive programs, designed to meet FMCSA and ELDT (Entry-Level Driver Training) standards.

Program Overview

Duration:4 to 6 weeks.
Instructional Hours:160 minimum hours (classroom, yard, and road training).
Format:100% In-Person.
CLASE A Focus:Prepares students to operate manual and automatic transmission trucks with trailers (coupling/uncoupling).
CLASE B Focus:Prepares students to operate manual and automatic straight trucks.

What the Training Includes

Our curriculum covers mandatory ELDT theory and practical training:

Essential Theory

FMCSA regulations, Hours of Service, trip planning, cargo handling, and post-accident procedures.

Safety & Inspection

Pre-trip vehicle and air brake inspections.

Practical Skills

Precision maneuvers, including straight-line backing, offset backing, and parallel parking.

Road Driving

Safe driving techniques, speed and adverse weather management, and manual transmission operation.

Graduation Requirements

  • Maintain a minimum of 90% attendance.
  • Pass the school's final written exam with 80% or higher.
  • Demonstrate mastery of all practical skills during the institution's final skills test.

Important Note: Program completion grants you a Certificate of Completion. Students are responsible for meeting all additional California DMV requirements to obtain their CDL license.

Enrollment Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Provide proof of a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Pass a DOT-compliant physical exam and drug test.
  • Must be proficient in the English language (all instruction is in English).
